1. Defective Items Only.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We accept returns only if an item is defective or significantly damaged upon delivery\/pickup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 You must report the defect within 7 days of receiving the product.
\u2022 Your report must include clear proof (photo\/video) of the defect so we can assess it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc49 Items that are not defective (e.g., don\u2019t match preference, opened, or \u201cchanged mind\u201d) are not eligible for return or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Mystery Crates\/Opened Boxes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Mystery crates or mystery cube boxes once opened are final sale.
\u2022 Because crate contents are random and meant to be a surprise, opened crates cannot be returned or refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Refunds for Defective Items.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a return is approved for a defective product:
\u2022 You may receive a replacement item of equal value, or
\u2022 A refund of 85% of product cost will be sent back to you via your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and confirmed defective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Refunds generally are processed within 6-7 business days of inspection.
\u2022 Delivery\/shipping costs you paid originally are not refundable unless the defect was our error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. How to Initiate a Return.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To request a return for a defective item:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Proof of Purchase Required.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You must provide a valid order number, receipt, or confirmation message for any return to be processed. Returns without proof of purchase may be denied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
