As such, you may cancel or reschedule your coaching session at least 24 hours in advance at no extra cost BUT with a valid reason\/excuse, so as to mitigate any time wasting on our part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-kids-toys-store-pro-poppins-font-family\" style=\"line-height:2\">No additional session will be given for last minute cancellations, unless it is backed by a reasonable excuse.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-kids-toys-store-pro-poppins-font-family\" style=\"line-height:2\">We encourage all students to notify us as soon as possible if changes are needed, so we can accommodate other learners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-divider stk-block-divider stk-block stk-85ac19c\" data-block-id=\"85ac19c\"><style>.stk-85ac19c {margin-bottom:40px !important;}<\/style><hr class=\"stk-block-divider__hr\"\/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-kids-toys-store-pro-poppins-font-family\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600\">PAYMENT &amp; REFUNDS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-2535ba3\" data-block-id=\"2535ba3\"><style>.stk-2535ba3 {margin-bottom:20px !important;}.stk-2535ba3 .stk-block-text__text{font-family:\"Poppins\", Sans-serif !important;}<\/style><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">All coaching sessions require prepayment or payment at booking to reserve your spot accordingly.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-kids-toys-store-pro-poppins-font-family\" style=\"line-height:2\">If you have registered and paid, then you are allowed up to 24 hours to cancel your registration for a full refund, prior to starting your session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-kids-toys-store-pro-poppins-font-family\" style=\"line-height:2\">Payments are totally non-refundable once sessions begin, regardless if you only attend one session alone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-divider stk-block-divider stk-block stk-d249a4b\" data-block-id=\"d249a4b\"><style>.stk-d249a4b {margin-bottom:40px !important;}<\/style><hr class=\"stk-block-divider__hr\"\/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-kids-toys-store-pro-poppins-font-family\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600\">LATE ARRIVAL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-kids-toys-store-pro-poppins-font-family wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:2\"><strong>To make the most of your session and respect other students\u2019 time:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-kids-toys-store-pro-poppins-font-family\" style=\"line-height:2\">Arriving more than 25 minutes late will result in a shortened session (No extra time wil be allocated).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-kids-toys-store-pro-poppins-font-family\" style=\"line-height:2\">Arriving 1 or more hours late to a session will result in a termination of that session, meaning that you will not be coached for that time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-kids-toys-store-pro-poppins-font-family wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:2\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">**Any valid excuses will be taken into account, of course.
