CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We understand that life happens! As such, you may cancel or reschedule your coaching session at least 24 hours in advance at no extra cost BUT with a valid reason/excuse, so as to mitigate any time wasting on our part.

• No additional session will be given for last minute cancellations, unless it is backed by a reasonable excuse. 
• We encourage all students to notify us as soon as possible if changes are needed, so we can accommodate other learners.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

• If you have registered and paid, then you are allowed up to 24 hours to cancel your registration for a full refund, prior to starting your session.
• Payments are totally non-refundable once sessions begin, regardless if you only attend one session alone.

LATE ARRIVAL

To make the most of your session and respect other students’ time:

• Arriving more than 25 minutes late will result in a shortened session (No extra time wil be allocated).
• Arriving 1 or more hours late to a session will result in a termination of that session, meaning that you will not be coached for that time.

**Any valid excuses will be taken into account, of course. However, we encourage punctuality to ensure a full, productive learning experience, not only for you, but for others who may come after you.

NO SHOW

If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered forfeited/missed.

• Payment for no-show sessions will not be refunded whatsoever.
• Please notify us in advance if you cannot make it, so we can offer the slot to another student & reschedule your session.

KIDS & SAFETY

We are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and fun environment for all learners.

• Coaching is suitable for children ages 10 and up (or, with some exceptions, below 10).
• Children attending in-person sessions should be accompanied by a parent or guardian,  unless approval for lone-show is given by their parent/guardian.
• Regardless, parents are still required to ensure that their child/children arrive and depart these sessions safely.
• We supervise all in-person sessions to ensure safety, minimize risk, and maintain a friendly learning atmosphere.
• We are not responsible for supervising children outside of the coaching session hours allocated.

COACHING TERMS & AGREEMENT

By booking a session with MystiCube GY, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies. Additionally:

• Sessions may be observed, recorded, or used for coaching review purposes unless you request otherwise.
• Students are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety during sessions.
• Booking a session confirms your understanding and acceptance of all terms.
  

Coaching Disclaimer

While our coaching programs are carefully designed to improve cubing skills:

• Individual results may vary based on your practice, effort, and experience.
• MystiCube GY is not responsible for lost, damaged, or personal cubes/puzzles brought to sessions.
• We do not guarantee competition-level success in solves, as everyone is different when it comes to solving, but we do guarantee incredible improvements in cubing and you surpassing your expected goals by a mile & a half.
